Mbappe Returns To PSG Training Ahead Bayern Champions League Clash

Afimag.com –

Paris Saint-Germain striker, Kylian Mbappe, has returned to training ahead of the round of 16 Champions League first-leg home clash with Bayern Munich next Tuesday.

The French forward suffered a thigh injury against Montpellier on February 1, which the club announced that he would be featured for some matches in three weeks.

During the weekend, coach Christophe Galtier of PSG explained that he is not sure if Mbappe would play against Bayern.

He said, “I don’t think so. He follows his rehabilitation protocol. He was a victim of a muscle injury. We will take zero, zero, zero risk with Kylian.”

It was learned that Man Utd, Chelsea, PSG are on the race to sign Osimhen, but PSG interest dropped as Mbappe trained on Sunday and on Monday, which was the part of training open to the media.

Mbappe participated in an exercise with Lionel Messi, Neymar, Sergio Ramos, goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, Marco Verratti, Achraf Hakimi and Marquinhos.

Qatari-owned PSG are seeking to stay on course to win the Champions League for the first time in their history.
