The Obidient Movement Chapter in Ndokwa West Local Government Area of Delta State hosted the state council on Saturday in Kwale, in a bid to strengthen ties among supporters of Mr. Peter Obi and consolidate efforts toward the 2027 general elections.
The meeting focused on building a united front and devising strategies for massive mobilization and effective grassroots engagement.
Members reaffirmed their commitment to delivering robust support for Obi in the 2027 presidential race.
State Coordinator of the Obidient Movement, Comrade Favour Emerure, commended the Ndokwa West chapter for its resilience and unwavering dedication to the movement’s ideals.
Emerure urged members to make greater sacrifices to achieve the collective goal of Peter Obi’s political transformation, assuring that Nigeria will be better with the former Anambra State Governor in Aso Rock.
“Peter Obi will contest the 2027 presidential election, and if he emerges victorious, Nigerians can expect meaningful economic reforms anchored on practical and sustainable policies,” Emerure stated.
In his remarks, the Ndokwa West Local Government Area Coordinator, Comrade Nice Ossai, expressed appreciation to the state council for the visit and pledged to intensify efforts in uniting stakeholders and repositioning the chapter for greater impact.
Ossai appealed for adequate support and resources to enable the chapter to execute its programs effectively.
Participants at the meeting also identified certain operational lapses within the movement and proffered solutions to address them, with a collective resolve to strengthen organizational capacity and expand outreach.
