Nollywood Actress Iyabo Oko Is Dead

Nollywood has again been thrown in mourning following the death of a veteran Yoruba actress, Sidikat Odunkanwi, popularly known as Iyabo Oko.

The news on Iyabo Oko’s death hit the space a few weeks after Yoruba Nollywood actor, Murphy Afolabi died.

According to Iyabo’s daughter who announced the sad incident on her social media her page, the actress battled an undisclosed ailment before she gave up on June 28, 2023.

Though details of the cause of her death are yet to be revealed at the time of filing this reports. Her daughter, Bisi Aisha, confirmed news of her death.

She wrote, “It is well with your soul mummy, RIP. Wurami. Rest in peace.”
