Obiano In Court As Money Laundering Trial Begins
The former governor of Anambra State, Chief Willie Obiano, has on January 24, 2024, arrived the Abuja division of the Federal High Court to face trial over financial misconduct during his tenure as the state governor.
He arrived in the company of some officials of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
The Anti-graft Agency arraigned the immediate past governor for an alleged money laundering to the tune of N4,008,573,350.
The trial judge has yet to arrive at the time of putting up this material.
