De Gea Turns Down Contract Extension From Man United

Manchester United goalkeeper, David de Gea has rescinded signing a new contract with the club.
De Gea who earns £375,000 weekly is the highest-paid keeper in the World according to the United’s contract to would end on June 2023.
Following some occurrences not favorable to them, the Man United management board approached De Gea with less than his existing salary if a new agreement is ready.
According to Goal, the club had a ‘good proposal’ for the ex-Spain international but that was not enough to convince the goalkeeper to stay at the club.
