Cult Clash Leaves Four Dead In Delta
Three persons were reportedly killed on Saturday in a cult clash at Kwale, the administrative headquarters, Ndokwa West Local Government Area, Delta State.
The ugly incident which took place at Saturday night see the end of Ugo Edeh, Prince and Julius Cabowe.
Africa Investigative Magazine gathered that the victims were shot dead at different locations in Kwale.
Meanwhile, one Lucky was on April 30, shot dead in Kwale by unknown gunmen suspected to be members of Eiye confraternity.
Confirming the inferno, the acting Police Public Relations Officer, Delta State Police Command, Asaba, DSP Bright Edafe, said the cult clash which was between Ayes and Eiye confraternities had led to the death of three persons in Kwale.
Bright Edafe stated that the matter is still under investigation, and that the police are doing everything possible to avert further killings in Kwale.
Reacting, the Security Desk Officer, Ndokwa West Local Government Area, Pastor Fidelis Ojugbeli warned the culprits to abstain from cultism and toll the part of peace.
Pastor Ojugbeli charged culprits to desist from taking lives they cannot create themselves and have the fear of God, noting that the law of karma can visit anytime.
He advised the youths to acquire vocational skills that will equip them for future challenges.
