Eid-el-Fitri: Niger Delta Activist Felicitates with Muslims, Enjoins Faithful To Uphold Peace, National Unity
Niger Delta Activist, Kelvin Ejumudo, has congratulated the Muslim faithful across the globe on the occasion of the 2024 Eid-el-Fitri.
Ejumudo also enjoins Muslims around the world to uphold global peace and unity, praying for the total end of Israel-Gaza war.
In a statement obtained by Africa Investigative Magazine (AFIMAG), Kelvin Ejumudo, urged Nigerians, particularly Muslim faithful to be deeply rooted in prayers for the progress, unity, and peaceful coexistence of the country.
Ejumudo implores Nigerians to explore the occasion in promoting national integration, and keep faith alive, especially now that Nigeria is going through economic and security challenges.
While encouraging Nigerian youths to engage in meaningful activities to earn a living, Ejumudo warned the youths against manipulations by selfish politicians to instigate violence in the society, saying that violence will put the nation in a reverse gear.
He, however, called on muslim faithful to leverage on the teachings, values and moral lessons learnt during the holy month of Ramadan.
“I felicitate with the Muslim faithful around the world on the occasion of 2024 Eid-el-Fitri. Remember Nigeria and other countries facing various political or economic problems in your intentions.
“Continue to promote national unity, peace and pray the war in Gaza and Israel come to an end,” the statement partly read.
“Muslims should extend the gesture of loving one another and extending good gesture to the needy even after the holy month of Ramadan,” he added.
