Kano University Promises Free Education For Special People

Professor Yahaya Bunkure, Vice Chancellor of Saadatu Rimi University of Education Kano, has announced free education for people with disability at the institution.

Bunkure, who disclosed this during a media briefing in Kano state, added that the institution needed facilities and manpower for efficient operation.

He said the institution which was recently upgraded to University would begin with 20 programs, adding that with science and technology courses accounting for 60% of admissions.

Professor Bunkure promised to assist people with disability to study free at the institution.
