A 38 Year Old Man Impregnants 14 Years Old Daughter In Bayelsa

To keep hope alive, the Bayelsa State Government has said that it would provide all kinds of support to a 14-year-old girl impregnated by her father.
The Coordinator of the Gender Response Initiative Team (GRIT) Mrs. Dise Ogbise, made this known on Friday, January 28, 2022, in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State.
Mrs. Dise Ogbise disclosed that her team at the Ekeki Police Division arrested the man who impregnated her daughter immediately some members of the public came and reported it.

Africa Investigative Magazine learned that the pregnancy was five months old before people got to know that she was impregnated by her biological father.
It was further learned that the man who allowed his erection to give him direction hailed from Ogoni Wily Kaira, Ogoni, Rivers State but resident in Bayelsa State.
At press time, it was not clear if the sexer and 38 years old had a wife as a source said that he started Ihe act with her at the age of seven.

The coordinator thanked their neighbor for equipping the initiative with dependable information and assured them that government would protect her.
Her words: “The government will ensure that she continues her education.
“The victim, a Junior Secondary School student who aspires to be a musician, will be assisted to achieve her life goal.

“The man had been violating his daughter, and we need to help her go through the pains associated with pregnancy and reinvigorate her into the society.
“I call on residents, and sundry of the state to be vigilant; endeavor to alert the team, as well as other gender advocacy groups in the state, of any case of girl child violation or molestation. The Gender Response Initiative Team is designed to protect the right of a child.”
The 38-year man who resides at PDP Road, Yenogoa would be charged to court after investigation.
