1. Mutation: This simply means changing mood. It is common in pregnant women. It can also be described as a ‘Mood swing’. Mood Swing is normal with expectant mothers.
2. Junk Food: According to the Merian Webster Online dictionary, food that is high in calories but low in nutritional content is defined as Junk Food. It is appealing or enjoyable but of little or no real value. They are those commercial products, including candy, bakery goods, ice cream, salty snacks, and soft drinks, which have little or no nutritional value but do have plenty of calories, salt, and fats. Pregnancy makes some women eat ‘funny food’. It normalizes ‘funny tastes’ making most pregnant women prefer burnt or soared food. Most of them like it when the taste is unusual.
3. Irritation: Pregnant women are easily irritated and can do the unthinkable when getting on their nerves. Some men have had bitter experiences in this regard through physical assault or destruction of properties championed by their pregnant wives.

4. Aptitude: This has to do with behavioral tendency. Most women tend to display childish tendencies during the period of ‘incubation’.
5. Communication Gap: This condition makes talking, and sometimes, talking out points their hobbies. To others, they will yell and shout at everything including you.
6. Real Thing: A lot of pregnant women may lose the physical composition that makes them attractive but it won’t stop them from being horn*y. In fact, they enjoy xxx more and need it most at this point. Besides, sperm nourishes the fetus.
7. Abdominal Pains: It is normal to experience abdominal pains at some point. Adequate medical care is required to ensure proper care.
8. Naturalization: There are still natural means of preserving and caring for pregnancy. The only risk involved is how to find a competent person with vast knowledge and experience to handle the situation.
9. Medical Care: Experience, they say is a great teacher but you should not devalue the service of a certified medical practitioner who had spent years to attain knowledge in the field. Antenatal should be given utmost attention no matter how grounded you may be in pregnancy. There have been a lot of unfortunate incidents as a result of people trying to do it the same way they have been doing it before, forgetting that babies come in different ways and that the body system changes. The best person to handle it is your doctor. Visit the hospital often.
10. Exercise: This is good for pregnant women. The safest and most productive activities are swimming, brisk walking, indoor stationary cycling, step or elliptical machines, and low-impact aerobics. You must be careful as some exercise can cause miscarriage.
