S*x is a very important aspect in human lives. It is an act that 78% of human population cannot do without. As couples plan for everything they do, they should also plan for sex. It is however suggested that adequate attention should be given to it.
It is something you should not deny your spouse of. S*x is for the pleasure of legitimate couples. The act should not be done in a hurry. God ordained it for the pleasure of husband and wife; and it should be treasured.

Yes, it is good that couples plan for s*x. S*x goes beyond physical activities as it has a way of propagating the love a couple has for each other. The truth remains that both actors must be at the right frame of mind to get the best out it.
People react differently to s*x. There are people who enjoyed it under the influence of alcohol. A house wife once said that she enjoyed the act most when her husband beat her up before it.

John Marker, a U.S sexual analyst opined that those who indulge in sexual act with natural ability enjoy it more than those under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
He went further to say that the pleasure of s*x is its naturalness, adding that both the mind and body should prepare for s*x before indulging in it. From his analyses, it is condemnable for a man to come home drunk and pounced on his wife without finding out whether she needs it.

Should the woman jump into the bed to please her husband knowing that she is not in the mood? The man will end up having pleasure while the woman will be dying in pain. Sexual subjects are sometimes complicated. This is the reason why s*x should be planned for. I don’t mean there should be a time table for sex but the man and woman must be ready, physically and emotionally for it.
If the man was not in the mood, the woman can put him in the mood and vice versa, for it to go down well. Planning for sex in a relationship is an aspect that has a mature look.
Before the act, the principal actors should ensure that there is a lubricant to facilitate the man’s penetration. Sex is meant to be enjoyed not endured. The man should not force or threaten his wife or girlfriend to have sex with him. It must be of her free will. Nobody should force anyone for it. With this in mind, I wonder how the rapist manages to enjoy it.
