Breaking: Alleged Pen!s Snatcher Arrested In Owerri

A middle-aged man whose name is yet to be identified has been arrested by Imo State Security operatives after he snatched a teenager’s pen!s in Owerri.

In footage obtained by Africa Investigative Magazine, the victim narrated his encounter with the suspected Pen!s dealer, noting that people came to his aid after he raised alarm.

The event unfolded when the teenager, on his daily chores, greeted the man who interrogated him and invoked his private par’t.

According to the victim whose identity was not disclosed yet, his private par’t shrunk and he observed abnormalities in his body system which made him raise alarm.

As people gathered round the scene,  the alleged Private Par’t dealer took a pack of sand from the ground and enchanted it, subsequently, pouring the sand on the boy.

The boy was restored with the suspected private part vendor was, thereafter, handed to the police. Below is the note that accompanied the video: “If you are coming to Owerri now, please guide and protect your pen!s JEALOUSLY before you start looking for it.

“They said that a young man’s pen!s from 1 to 19 years now costs N100,000.00. 20 to 45 years N75,000 to N80,000, above 45 to 75 years N40,000.00 to N50,000.00 as above 75 years worths nothing in the PEN!S Industrial market.

“So those above 75 are seen as carrying dis-functional pen!s. Since Saturday about three arrests have been made of Pen!s vendors of which one says that they are working for the politicians.”
