Six staff of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission EFCC who subscribed to the Net Construct Homes have on March 04, 2022 taken possession of their houses.
The six lucky officials were Chile Okoroma, Lasisi Hakeem Babatunde, Ugwi Augusta NdidiAmaka, Arasah Omokhwa shaka, Abba Gana Ahmed and Osagie Kufreabasi Alex.
They are among fifty five staff that subscribed to the Sunnyvale Garden Estate.

While transferring ownership to the new owners at the Sunnyvale Garden Estate, Kabusa, Abuja, the General Manager, Northern Region of Net Construct Homes, Alex Oluseyin Johnson, said the company’s commitment to the completion of the project and timely delivery of all the houses by May, 2022.
Hear him: “We are here to handover these six units out of the fifty five housing units we are delivering for EFCC.
“This is evidence that we are committed to deliver the remaining houses and we are so happy that today, after so many issues, the houses are here; the six units for the six subscribers and we never compromise the quality of the houses that we are delivering. So we give God the glory.”

Receiving the properties on behalf of the six staff, Director, Legal and Prosecution of the EFCC, Chile Okoroma, commended Net Construct Homes for keeping to their promise despite the challenges encountered.
He said: “I wish to express our profound gratitude to Net Construct for keeping to their promise, even though we had challenges and the deadlines were not met at one point or the other because of the hurdles on the way but we thank God today is a reality; and as they say, delay is not denial, it has come to fruition.”
