Pupil Drowns In Well While Exchanging Banters With Peers

A 12-year-old pupil of a Qur’anic School has slipped and drowned inside a well on November 04, 2022, in Kano State.
The sad incident took place on Friday afternoon in Gabas, Ungogo local government area of the state.
The victim was drawn out of the well unconscious, and effort to resuscitate her was not successful.
She was later confirmed dead by a medical doctor with his remains handed over to the village head of Rummawa Gabas, Malam Zaharadeen Sule-Ibrahim.
The pupil slipped into the well while exchanging banters with his peers not knowing that he was standing at a dangerous spot.
