In a goodwill message delivered on Wednesday during the anniversary celebration, Asugwuni said Osilonya’s administration had, over the past two years, demonstrated visionary leadership by bringing the dividends of democracy closer to the people through impactful and people-oriented development initiatives. �

Speaking on behalf of the National Executive Council and the entire Ndokwa Neku Union, the NNU President-General congratulated the council chairman on reaching the milestone and commended his commitment to the development of Ndokwa East.
According to him, Osilonya’s leadership style has become a benchmark for assessing local government administration across Delta State, noting that the chairman’s achievements have earned him several awards and recognitions in appreciation of his outstanding performance and dedication to grassroots development. �
