The Delta Online Publishers Forum (DOPF) has extended warm congratulations to Dr. Paul Bebenimibo on his recent appointment as the Registrar of Nigeria Maritime University (NMU), Okerenkoko, Delta State.
The announcement, made following the 21st Governing Council meeting of the university, marks a new chapter in Dr. Bebenimibo’s illustrious career in academia and public administration. Dr. Bebenimibo previously served with distinction as the Head of the Department of Broadcasting, Journalism and Media Studies at Delta State University, Abraka.
