Ignore All Odds, Share Love Not HIV, Etiko Urges Youths

Famous nollywood actress, Destiny Etiko has called on Nigerians to explore Valentine’s celebration as seasons of loving wisely and ignoring all odds life has brought.

In a post she tagged ‘My Valentine Message ‘, Etiko urged Nigerians, particularly youths to show agape love for one another to avoid sharing pains and HIV.

She said, “Love Wisely, share love not HIV. This epoch to show practical love not sharing HIV. From the past, reports have it that a high rate of indiscriminate s3.x.ual activities and other immorality that can manifest during this period of VAL.

“This period most often than not exposes many youth to a high risk of contracting HIV/AIDS and other S3.xua.11y transmitted infections. Be my VAL, be my VAL could become be my source of aflliction. May we never see that in Jesus name, amen,” She prayed. “But we must careful”.

She further said, “As we express love for our partners during this Valentine’s Day, remember to love wisely. As members of a wider society your health and productivity count to your nuclear and extended families and the entire country.

“Nigeria stands to benefit from the pool of your contributions. So I urge you to desist from practices that might expose you to risks of contracting HIV/AIDS and/or other sexually transmitted diseases as we commemorate these special days. Once again I urge you to love wisely, share love, and not the virus”.
