The President-General of the Ndokwa Neku Union (NNU), Chief Amechi Asugwuni, has congratulated the Executive Chairman of Ndokwa East Local Government Area, Hon. Vincent Osilonya, on his second anniversary in office, describing his administration as a model of grassroots governance in Delta State.
In a goodwill message delivered on Wednesday during the anniversary celebration, Asugwuni said Osilonya’s administration had, over the past two years, demonstrated visionary leadership by bringing the dividends of democracy closer to the people through impactful and people-oriented development initiatives.
Speaking on behalf of the National Executive Council and the entire Ndokwa Neku Union, the NNU President-General congratulated the council chairman on reaching the milestone and commended his commitment to the development of Ndokwa East.
According to him, Osilonya’s leadership style has become a benchmark for assessing local government administration across Delta State, noting that the chairman’s achievements have earned him several awards and recognitions in appreciation of his outstanding performance and dedication to grassroots development.
Asugwuni urged the chairman to remain committed to good governance, peace, unity and sustainable development, while praying for wisdom, strength, good health and divine guidance for him to accomplish greater feats in office.
He reaffirmed the Ndokwa Neku Union’s commitment to collaborating with the Osilonya administration in advancing the progress and prosperity of Ndokwa East and the wider Ndokwa Nation.
The NNU President-General also expressed optimism that the council would record even greater achievements in the years ahead.
