Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori has congratulated former Senator representing Delta South Senatorial District, James Ebiowou Manager, CON, on the occasion of his 66th birthday, celebrating his statesmanship, legislative legacy, and enduring contributions to the development of Delta State and Nigeria.
In a goodwill message issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Festus Ahon, Governor Oborevwori described Manager as a distinguished statesman whose decades of public service have significantly advanced democratic governance, peace, and socio-economic development.
The governor said the former lawmaker had built an exemplary political career defined by experience, loyalty, courage, and unwavering dedication to public service, noting that his contributions to the political and socio-economic growth of Delta State remain remarkable.
He particularly commended Manager’s years in the Senate, describing his legislative accomplishments and commitment to national development as enduring milestones that continue to inspire a new generation of public office holders.
