Oyiboh Congratulates Enebeli On His Emergence As NYLA President-Elect

Special Assistant to the outgoing Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State on Women Mobilization, Hon. Oyiboh Joy Awulika has congratulated Comr. Ernest Brown Enebeli on his election victory.
Enebeli emerged president-elect in an Ndokwa Youth Leaders Assembly (NYLA) election, held on May 27, 2023, in Kwale, Ndokwa West Local Government Area, Delta State.
Reacting to his victory, Oyiboh who also emerged the coordinator of Ukwuani Local Government Area, described Enebeli’s victory as well-deserved.
Oyiboh pointed out that Enebeli has demonstrated a strong political diplomacy in his years of services to Ukwuani nation.
According to her, NYLA’s president-elect’s wealth of experience will be visible, as he contributes his quota to better Ndokwa nation and Delta State at large.
She said: “I sincerely congratulate an illustrious son of Ndokwa Nation, Comr. Brown Enebeli on your well-deserved victory as the president-elect of NYLA.
“Your emergence comes at the right time in the history of our dear Ndokwa nation.
“With your capacity and political disposition, I have no doubt that you will not fail in your areas of delivery network. I wish you a successful tenure in office,” it added.
Others who clinched various executive positions were Vice President, Hon Oji Chidi, Secretary General, Hon. Enueme Paul, Financial Secretary, Osakwe Emeke, Treasurer, Hon. Comrade Akinima Kisito, and Publicity Secretary, Comr. Christian Onwugbulu.
Others were Assistant Publicity Secretary, Comr. Otutu Chuks Otutu, Public Relations Officer (PRO), Engr. Olisaeloka Alumona, National Director of Mobilization, Director of Mobilization, Comr. Ugo Anene, National woman leader, Comr. Eriye Sandra Ego, Legal Adviser, Barrister Julius Ezimadu, Coordinator Ukwuani, Daphey Chijoke, Coordinator Ndokwa West Hon. Frank Okus Ikogwe, and Coordinator Ndokwa East, Comrade Oveh Blessing.
Coordinator Woman leader Ndokwa West Faith Ossai, and Coordinator Ukwuani Oyibo Anwulika Joy were also among the executive body to pilot the affairs of Ndokwa Youths Leaders Assembly.
