See How FCT Police Maltreated Two Brothers After Extortion
Men of the Nigeria Police Force have again extorted a motivational speaker, Mr. Solomon Buchi of N500,000 at the federal capital territory, Abuja.
The Speaker on his social media handle said the police treated him and his younger brother like criminals and labeled them members of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
Narrating his ordeal, Solomon Buchi alleged that he was abducted along with his younger brother by police officers at Wuse 2, Abuja.
He said, “they double-crossed our bolt ride, brought out guns, and asked us to follow them into their car which wasn’t a police vehicle.
The officers who interrogated us concluded that we are IPOB members on hearing that we hailed from Imo State, the Eastern part of the country.
Recall that recently, the Inspector General of Police, Usman Alkali Baba approved the establishment of a panel to look into the allegation involving two police officers for extorting N20 million worth of bitcoin from two persons.
Buchi who alleged that he was kidnapped by the Nigerian police for being an Igbo, said the police accused him of trying to divide the country as Nnamdi Kanu could not do it.
When asked the means through which the police collected the money, the motivational speaker revealed that one of the officers who took their debit cards removed his police uniform and used the POS at roadside to withdraw N500, 000 from his account.
Here him, “By the way, they stopped at a junction, and one took off his police uniform and went to withdraw the money using a POS! They also wanted to transfer our crypto. Man, I can’t even talk. I am traumatized. After everything, they drove us back to town
“They looked for a dark place, unlocked the handcuffs, and gave us our phones and cards. They took my new AirPods and valuables.
