Former United States President Donald Trump would be jailed 136 (One Hundred Thirty Six) years if found guilty of 34 count charge levelled against him by U.S Authorities.

The embattled Former President had pleaded not guilty at New York City, on April 04, 2023, to the 34 count charge bordering on falsification of business records in the first magnitude, amongst others.

The 34 charge constitutes a jail term of 136 years in prison. Meanwhile, the substantial sentencing could be softer if Trump is found guilty of all the charges.

Fabricating enterprise chronicles is an offense in all parts of the universe enforcing her constitutional prowess. Although, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg in a press conference said the crime was not specified in the indictment.

He said, “Let me say as an initial matter that the indictment doesn’t specify it because the law does not so require. In my remarks, I mentioned a couple of laws which I will highlight again now.

“The first is New York state election law, which makes it a crime to conspire to promote a candidacy by unlawful means. I further indicated a number of unlawful means, including additional false statements, including statements that were planned to be made to tax authorities. I also noted the federal election law cap on contribution limits.

“TRUMP then went to great lengths to hide this conduct, causing dozens of false entries in business records to conceal criminal activity including attempts to violate state and federal election laws,” Bragg alleged. “In total, 34 false entries were made in New York business records to conceal the initial covert $130,000 payment.”
