The Magistrate, however, directed that LASUTH Chief Medical Examiner to provide all the items to the applicant’s pathologist’s laboratory on the day of forensic consultation.

Fajana, who said the autopsy would be conducted under the supervision of LASUTH Chief Medical Examiner, added that the parents of the deceased would also be on ground.

It could be recalled that the father of Whitney Adeniran, who died on February 09, 2023, during the school’s inter-house sports at Agege stadium, Lagos, had taken it to the public, demanding to know the cause of her daughter’s death, alleging that Whitney was hale and hearty.
