Gunmen Kill Former Enugu State Commissioner, Brother

Unknown gunmen have reportedly killed the former Commissioner for Rural Development of Enugu State, Gab Onuzulike and his elder brother.

The victims who were shot dead on November 18, 2022, hailed from Achi town in Oji-River Local Government Area of the State.

Recall that Onuzulike was also the former Chairman of Oji River Local Government Area, Enugu State.

The sad incident took place in the evening at Nkpokolo Achi, as the victims were returning from a burial ceremony in the area.

It was learned that a team of security operatives went after them and slew one of the assassins while another member of the gang was apprehended.

At press time, Enugu State Police Command have not make an official statement on the incident.
