Nollywood actress and producer Regina Daniels has addressed recent social media rumors surrounding her marriage, firmly denying allegations of infidelity and expressing her unwavering commitment to her husband and children.
In a heartfelt statement, Daniels emphasized her loyalty to her family and rejected claims that she has been involved with another man in Lagos or elsewhere. “I don’t have any man in Lagos. My kids are my husband’s blood,” she said. “If I ever cheated, I would accept it and leave. But I didn’t. I still love him. I don’t want to raise my children alone.”
Daniels expressed frustration with the circulating speculations, stating that if she had ever been unfaithful, she would have openly admitted it rather than hiding or playing games. “Before I would even think of stepping out on my husband, my heart must have already left the marriage,” she added, stressing that such a decision would only come with the intention of finding a better future for herself and her children.
She strongly reaffirmed her dedication to her marriage: “I choose this family. I choose him. I choose to protect my home.”
Regina Daniels, who is married to Nigerian businessman and politician Ned Nwoko, has long been in the public eye, with her personal life frequently attracting media attention. Her recent statement comes as a firm rebuttal to ongoing online chatter and an appeal for privacy and respect for her family.
“I don’t have any man in Lagos. My kids are my husband’s blood. If I ever cheated, I would accept it and leave. But I didn’t. I still love him. I don’t want to raise my children alone.
“I’ve seen the things flying around lately, and honestly, it’s tiring. If I’ve cheated before, if I truly did, I would say it clearly and move on. I wouldn’t hide, I wouldn’t play games. I would accept it and leave. Because before I would even think of stepping out on my husband, my heart must have already left the marriage. And I would have found someone I believe is better for me and my children.
“But no, I haven’t cheated. I don’t have any man anywhere in Lagos or anywhere else. My children are my husband’s. He is their father, in blood and in spirit. I love him deeply.
“If I was ready to walk away, I would. But I’m still here, because I choose this family. I choose him. I choose to protect my home.”
