The Major things to Know Before JAMB Registration

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) announces the date for the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

JAMB in a statement stated that the registration for the 2021 UTME will commence across the country.

Here are the five major things to know about the 2021 UTME registration according to the statement JAMB. 

  • National Identification Number:

Interested candidates for the 2021 UTME must present their National Identity Numbers (NIN).

  • Registration Date:

According to the examination body, the portal will open from Thursday, 8th April to Saturday, 15th May 2021. JAMB also warned that there would not be an extension for the sales of form.

  • Centres for Examination:

JAMB approves 700 Centres for the examination. It said that venues are stated on the JAMB portal.

  • Date for Mock And UTME:

Mock examination takes place from Thursday, 8th April to Saturday, 15th May 2021. The 2021 UTME is scheduled for  ​Saturday, 5th to Saturday, 19th June, 2021.

  • Registration Fee:

The registration fee is N3, 500 and N500 for materials.
