3 Suspects Arrested With N17m Fake Currency In Kebbi

The Kebbi State Police Command, has said that it arrested three suspects Faruku Zubairu, Ibrahim Musa and Salisu Mohammed of Gungun Tawaye and Chupamini villages in Ngaski Local Government of the state.

They were allegedly in possession of N17million naira counterfeit currency.

The State Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Kontagora, who made the disclosure while briefing newsmen, said the officers attached to Warrah Police Station with the help of National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) at Warrah Motor Park, arrested the three suspects.

The Commissioner of Police clarified that after conclusion of the Investigations, the suspects would be charged to court for further action.
