How My Former School Medical Lab Scientist Ruined My Marital Life – Nigerian Lady

Afimag.com –

A forty five years woman in Ughelli, Ughelli North Local Government Area, Delta State, (name withheld), has narrated how a laboratory technician in the higher institution she attended prevented her from getting married for more than a decade.

The lady, who shared her bitter experiences with our Correspondent, said the laboratory technician, during her school in days gave her a wrong medical laboratory report which ruined her marital intentions with her ex-love.

According to her, the technician that carried out genotype test on her during registration exercise in school advised her to steer clear from men whose genotype were AS, and SS.

She said: “When I was admitted in higher institution, I underwent a genotype test which the lab technician said I was AS, and advised me to do nothing with men of that category. Then, I let my man go as he was equally AS.

“I later found a genuine love whose genotype was AA. Then, I have clocked 30. He showered me with much love and care with all intentions to spend the rest of his life with me. My joy and happiness hit the rock when I lost him to the cold hands of death at the time our wedding cards have been printed.”

The forty five year old lady further stated that she remained single as it was uneasy to get a suitor that match her genotype.

In tears she said, “Many years past, a quite number of men had come and gone. My genotype remained the clog as I parade the same lab result. Sad to say that men with hearts of gold slipped through my fingers.”

In what look like a twist of fate, she was encouraged to approach another laboratory Technician for confirmation of her genotype. Lo and behold, it was AA. She visited three medical laboratories which confirmed her genotype is AA.

“I suffered negligence and rejection for over a decade. Wrong medical result given to me by my former school lab scientist kept me unmarried at 45. But I thank God. I will get married at last,” she said.
