Adeda Thanks God For Election Outcome, Hails Supporters

The Social Democratic Party candidate for Delta State House of Assembly, Ughelli North Constituency II in the just concluded polls, Hon Adeda Justice Okiotodoro, recently, adored God Almighty for the outcome of the general elections in Nigeria.

Adeda who on April 02, 2023, went for thanksgiving at St Luke Anglican Church Otorvwodo, appreciated God for safety and protection God granted him throughout the election process.

The Social Democratic Party Candidate emerged 5th position in the March Governorship and House of Assembly elections.

According to him, “I am here to thank and appreciate God for His protection, safety and unmerited favour I enjoyed all through the period of the election.

“With a deep sense of responsibility, I, Hon Adeda Justice Okiotodoro, thank the good people of Ughelli North Constituency II, SDP members and supporters who believed in me and in my course to raise the banner of Ughelli North Constituency II, in Delta State House of Assembly.

“According to the scripture, the race is neither for the swift nor the battle for the strong,’’. I am grateful because, I didn’t record any form of accident, kidnap, any harm or loss throughout the electioneering process.

“We have tried our best and even though the election has not gone the way we had expected and deserved, we give all glory to God and wish the good people of Ughelli North Constituency II well.

“I congratulate all those who supported me and thank them for believing in our desire to lift Ughelli North Constituency II to an admirable pedestal.

“I also congratulates the winner of the polls and my fellow contestant, Hon Barr Spencer Obakpare Owhofa, on his victory in the polls. I wish to state here that I accepted the outcome of the polls for the peace and development of my Constituency.

“I sincerely thank our indefatigable leader, Olorogun Kenneth Gbagi. I also appreciate all SDP leaders and members who supported me till the very end of the race.

“It is our prayer that Ughelli North Constituency II will grow from strength to strength in spite of all,’’ the Otovwodo-born politician and philanthropist added.
