Easter Tragedy: 20 Perish In Bauchi Auto Crash

No fewer than 20 people died in an auto crash involving a commercial Golf, a Sharon Volkswagen and a Bus in Buachi.
The ugly incident happened on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Huturu community, along Bauchi-Kano road.
Africa Investigative Magazine gathered that eleven male adults, one male child and were three female children perished.
Confirming the incident, the spokesperson, Federal Road Safety Corps, Bauchi State Command, Yusuf Abdullahi said twenty people died in an auto crash that took place in Ganjuwa local government area, Bauchi.
Yusuf Abdullahi stated that the incident occurred at 11: am, and that only one person survived among the occupants of the three vehicles involved in the accident.
He pointed that the FRSC officers arrived the scene 12 minutes after the crash.
The FRSC Image Maker revealed that the victims would be buried at Huturu community, noting that the injured person has been taken to the Kafin Madaki General Hospital in Ganjuwa LGA of the state for treatment.
He advised road users to limit their speed on the highways and comply with traffic rules and regulations to avert further occurrences.
