“I’m very happy that the Federal government under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari has been extremely caring for us in Yobe North. We’ve never had this better,” Lawan said.

His final stop was at the construction site of the 36 Km Gosamu-Gogaram road in Jakusko Local Government Area in Yobe North.

At the construction site, the Senate President remarked: ” We are happy that this is happening now. We have been waiting for this road for long.

“This is an opportunity we never had before. We don’t want to joke with this opportunity. We don’t want an abandoned project.

“I am pleased with what I have seen. The quality of the job is good.”
