NPF Give Update On Recruitment Exercise, Extend Deadline To Feb. 14
The Delta State Police Command has graciously extended the deadline for 2021 physical/credential verification exercise to February 14, 2022.
The Command also said it has screened the total of five hundred and sixty two applicants of Delta indigines.
In a statement signed by Delta State Police Command spokesman, Dsp Edafe Bright, the command noted that the ongoing recruitment exercise for Delta State Indigines which was held on February 11, 2022 at Cenotaph, Asaba the state capital continued on the February 12.
The statement further revealed the number of applicants that participated at the screening exercise in each local government area across the state.
It reads: “UPDATE ON 2021 PHYSICAL/CREDENTIAL RECRUITMENT SCREENING
EXERCISE INTO THE NIGERIA POLICE FORCE IN DELTA STATE
MOP UP EXERCISE FOR APPLICANTS EXTENDED TO MONDAY 14/2/2022
“The Mop up exercise for the ongoing 2021 Recruitment Exercise for Delta State Indigenes was held on 11th February 2022, Six (6) Candidates were screened Successfully and the exercise continued today 12/2/2022 at Cenotaph Asaba.
“A total of Five Hundred and Sixty-Two Applicants have been screened so far.
Below are the numbers of Applicants screened in the Twenty-five (25) local Government Areas in Delta State against Numbers of applications received.
“1. Aniocha North – 11 out of 19 applicants.
2. Aniocha South – 11 out of 29 applicants
3. Bomadi – 21 out of 50 applicants
4. Burutu – 28 out of 46 applicants
5. Ethiope East – 22 out of 52 applicants
6. Ethiope West – 27 out of 52 applicants
7. Ika North East – 41 out of 60 applicants
8. Ika South – 37 out of 56 applicants
9. Isoko North – 22 out of 46 applicants
10. Isoko South – 18 out of 37 applicants
11. Ndokwa East – 33 out of 31 applicants
12. Ndokwa West – 19 out of 54 applicants
13. Okpe – 9 out of 23 applicants
14. Oshimili North – 3 out of 16 applicants
15. Oshimili South – 8 out of 9 applicants
16. Patani – 55 out of 69 applicants
17. Sapele – 8 out of 14 applicants
18. Udu – 15 out of 25 applicants
19. Ughelli North – 64 out of 58 applicants
20. Ughelli South – 30 out of 119 applicants
21. Ukwuani – 19 out of 35 applicants
22. Uvwie – 15 out of 22 applicants
23. Warri North – 19 out of 26 applicants
24. Warri South – 15 out of 17 applicants
25. Warri south west – 12
TOTAL – 562
“However, about 45% of the Applicants are yet to appear for their screening, hence the mop up Exercise has been extended to Monday 14/2/2022 from 9am to 2pm. Applicants who are yet to appear for their Physical/Credential screening are advised to take advantage of this extension.
“2. They are to report at Cenotaph Asaba, in their clean white T-shirt and shorts wearing a face mask with the following mandatory requirements:
i. National identity number (NIN).
ii. Original and duplicate copies of credentials.
a. O’ level result(s)
b. Certificate of origin
c. Birth certificate/declaration of age
d. Two white flat files
e. Recent passport photographs
iii. Printout of application submission confirmation page.
iv. Duly completed guarantor’s form.
3. Candidates who fails to present
4. Any of ( i-iv) above will not be considered for the screening,” it said.
